Rules to Request

Please, be specific in your request, otherwise, use my pre-made layouts.
For example, do you want your layout to simply be a picture with a scroll box in front of it?  Or do you want a picture with many scroll boxes attached?

Steps:
-Find an picture you want to use in your layout.
-If you want a quote added (or username) tell me what you want.

-Any specific colors?
-Any specific headings?
-A music player? (Those I would get from RandomRequests)
-Link(s)?
-A scrolling text?
